The conclusions of this study transformational leadership affect the performance of lecturer in Nutrition Department of Muhammadiyah University of Semarang. BAB III METODE PENELITIAN BAB III dalam Metode Penelitian dibahas beberapa hal sebagai berikut : a) Jenis dan Pendekatan Penelitian, b) Tempat dan Waktu Penelitian, c) Subyek Penelitian, d) Prosedur Penelitian, e) Data dan Sumber Data Penelitian, f) Teknik Pengumpulan Data, g) Instrumen Penelitian, h) Teknik Analisis Data, i) Pengujian. The results of this study indicated that the leaders (kaprodi) using transformational leadership, from the four characteristics of transformational leadership, indealized influence, Individual consideration, inspirational motivation, intelecctual stimulation, the leaders (kaprodi) was able to carry out the four traits of transformational leadership. The subject of this research was 4 lecturers of Nutrition at Muhammadiyah university in semarang by interview. This research used phenomenological approach. ![]() ![]() This study aimed to know the phenomenon of Transformational leadership on the Performance of lecturers in Nutrition Program of Muhamadiyah University of Semarang. Performance was about what a person did and would accomplish a result. ![]() ![]() Transformational leadership was planning, a positive impact vision that was believed to result in creative action on a group of organizations to achieve the goals adopted in an industry.
